During my years with ISR I have taught hundreds of children survival swimming and had opportunities to educate communities on the benefits of the ISR program. As a Master Instructor since 1998, I have trained many instructors, which is especially rewarding because this means ISR reaches more children every season and helps us achieve our goal of  “Not one more child drowns”. I have worked with the leadership team on several different levels with the goal being to help ISR instructors become the best they can be and continue to foster the future growth of Infant Swimming Resource. I am proud to be part of such an incredible organization.

And, yes, it is a wonderful fit!

My name is Amy Pritchett and I am a Senior Master Instructor with ISR.

I am married to the man of my dreams, Rusty Pritchett and live in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.  We have two boys Luke & Evan. I love my time with my family and enjoy outdoor sports, yoga, travel, cooking, all music and any quiet time with a good book is appreciated.

I was certified in 1995 as an ISR instructor after becoming intrigued when I put my first child in the program.  My background had always been working with children. I was in pediatric dentistry & orthodontics for several years before having our first child. When Luke was born it became important for me to have a career that allowed me some flexibility. ISR seemed like a wonderful fit. I love working with children and as an added bonus I have developed many friendships along the way with my parents as well as co-workers. I am blessed to have a job I love & look forward to each day.
